Tipton, In

We are in Tipton tonight. Went with Violet and Sherryl to Golden Corral to eat. Not sure it was worth the price. It had rained back here while we were gone. Forgot to put my rain gauge out. Not sure what we are going to do tomorrow. It is only going to get up to 55. Sherryl has some flower beds that she wants me to work up so brought along my Mantis tiller. It will work good for that. We will be here till Monday and then move to Whiteriver for our retiree rally. That"s about it for tonight. Later All Ron Thelma and Eli

Home for a couple of days

Forgot to post last night. We got home about 1:30 I guess. I did 3 loads of laundry yesterday and 2 more today. Cut the grass this morning and then got a couple of bulbs for the camper. Two were burned out. Had to fix the latch on the door. Little bit of epoxy did the trick. Also had one propane tank filled. We went to Kroger for some groceries. Than went out to Johnny Appleseed campground to see Jack and Barb. Got home about 10:00. It has been a very busy day. Tomorrow is not going to be all that much better. We will leave on Friday but probably wait till the mail comes. I am going to stop it for a week also need to stop the paper. Yes it was a Vera Bradley bag. Here is a couple of pictures from the RVMuseum that we toured today. This is a 15 ft Shasta. We had a 13 ft one and this one is similar. Notice the canvas bunk in the rear. Our 13 ft one had that. I remember Gary outgrew that so soon. We had a great time looking at all the old trailers. I will put all the pictures on the web site when we get home. The wifi here is not all that good so will do it later. This afternoon we went to a Montana dealer and I got my latch for the screen door. Got it on. We also looked at a couple of fifth wheels. Nice. I talked to the service guy and going to take ours back this fall to have them fix a crack in the fiberglass. This has been a problem with a lot of Montana's. They can do it in one day so we might have to find something to do for a day. Will take it up after we are done camping. Later we went to a nursery landscape place and Thelma got a Very Bradley bag. It was a special deal. It had a lot of stuff in it. They had a bunch of little houses and stuff. They will be on the web site soon too. In Elkhart

We are at the Elkhart campground tonight. Tomorrow we will go to the museum and a Montana dealer. I need a couple of latches. Today when we got here on of the pins in the kitchen slide broke and the slide wouldn't come out. So had to get down there and drill out the hole so I could put a new bolt in it. i have done it a couple of times on the other one so now how to do it. Guess that's about it for tonight. Moving on

Tomorrow we move to Elkhart Campground for two nights. We are going with another couple to visit the RV hall of fame Museum. We will leave here about 1:00 or so. Not all that far from here. Will leave there on Tues and stop at home for a few days till we head down to Tipton. Tonight we had a potluck supper. Boy was that good. Too much food though. It has cooled off here quite a bit since this afternoon. Hope it isn't going to rain. Guess that's about it for tonight. See you tomorrow. Ron Thelma and Eli

Another day gone

We did not do much today. We went out this late afternoon with a few here and ate at a little restaurant here in Berrien Spring. We are going to have our campvention here in July 9-15, Thelma is doing the pet parade and asst office manager and I am doing the digital picture thing. I have two other people to help. That should be enough. Thelma just got back from a steering committee meeting and took notes since she is asst secretary. Tomorrow all the committee's meet with team leaders and make sure everything is ready to go. Have to get up early in the morning so guess that will do it for tonight. Later all Ron Thelma and Eli

Berrien Springs Mi.

Got up here this afternoon. Not too many here yet. Most will come tomorrow. Some still have to work. We will not have to do anything tomorrow till the evening. Thelma has a meeting with the steering committee since she is asst secretary. I don't have anything to do till Sat when we have are committee meetings. The TV here is terrible.
