Update
Boy has this weather been nice. Got a lot done this week. Vacuumed the leaves on Mon and Tues got up on the trailer roof and washed it. Not as clean as I would like but it will do till warmer weather. Also on Monday I had a tooth filled. It was right next to a filling already there. Was just a surface filling Didn't even use Novocaine. Today I washed the trailer. It was kinda of dirty. It needs a good cleaning with some cleansers. Will try and do that down south. We hope to leave right after Christmas. Probably on the 26th. Our rent starts on the 1st so hope to be there by there. As to Louie Bowman he doesn't really do any plumbing any more He just did it to help me out. He doesn't get around real well anymore. In fact they are not going south this winter. His kids don't want him to go and neither does the friend that he goes with. I think they are afraid something may happen if he leaves town. I will send him a card when we are down there. Guess that's about it for tonight. I sent all of you a link to the pictures of the Bostick road bridge being moved back. It was pretty neat. There is a video on the link Later all Ron Thelma and Eli

It's nice to have some good weather days to get those chores done before the cold weather comes. So if you leave on the 26th, I guess that means you won't be putting out many Christmas decorations. The pictures from Bostick Road were pretty neat.
ReplyDeleteI really like the video. Made me wonder how they got that bridge built and in place the first time. I'm sure they didn't have big cranes like that to assemble it on land and lift it into place. They probably had to build it over the river.
