Going home today
Thought I would update now since later we may be busy. Gary gets to go home this afternoon. About three. We are going up to the hospital around 12:30 and eat lunch. The food is good and pretty cheap. You can't eat at a restaurant for what they charge. We will probably head down to Fl tomorrow morning. Right now we are getting a light snow. Just what I wanted. Next update will probably be tomorrow somewhere south of Indiana. Thanks for all the prayers. He still has a way to go. He needs to sleep in a recliner for 60 days as they have a water bed and getting out of it would put to much strain on his breastbone. It needs that long to heal back together That is it from here Later Ron Thelma and Eli

That is good news! Will pray for continued progress. It takes some time to recuperate and gain strength. Dennis slept in a recliner for a little while and we didn't even have a water bed. It was just a more comfortable position. Will pray for your safe trip back down south.
ReplyDeleteWe had a regular bed but Jim still slept in the recliner after his by-pass for about a month. He just found it was much more comfortable. I sure hope you get out of there and get away from that snow stuff. Travel safe.

ReplyDeleteSo glad he is going home. We will continue to pray for him. Have a safe trip back to Florida and enjoy that warm weather for me. Hope the roads aren't too back in the morning.
