Home again.

We are home for the year. We had a good wekend with the folks in Ohio. Got home about 1:30 or so this afternoon. Went to Halls for supper and then went out to the campground where Jack and Barb are. Had a great campfire. It was nice and calm and felt good. Got hhome about 10:00. Tomorrow we need to start bringing stuff in from the camper. What a bummer. Thelma's suregery is on the 19th of this month. Hope it goes as well as the last one. Will post here on the blog all updates. Thats about it from here for now. Will probably post more later in the week. Oh my jacks are still not working right so will have to take it back. maybe this week if we get it emptied out. Later Ron Thelma and Eli

    Well, you had a good, full season of camping. Have enjoyed reading your posts from various places. Don't stop posting now just because you are home. Everyday activities are nice to hear about, too, even though sometimes you might not think that they are. Will be praying for successful surgery and recovery for Thelma.

    I'm sure not looking forward to the last campout. We are planning to camp for the last time this season on Halloween weekend. Will winterize on Sunday. Hate to see the season end. Would you have camped a little longer if Thelmas didn't need the surgery or is this normal for you up in the frozen north of Indiana? I don't remember how quickly the freeze comes up there.

    Glad you made it home ok. It's hard to think about the cold weather coming. Will be thinking of Thelma and praying for her.
