Thelma is home. Arrived about 2:00 this afternoon. It will be good to have her home. Eli is really happy. He could not settle down this afternoon after she came home. Gary Lisa and Kristin came out this evening. Kristin wanted so see grammy. She is not old enough to come to the hospital. They have kind of a flu thing where you have to be eighteen to get in. Guess that's not all bad. She is in bed now hope she gets a good night's sleep. Guess thats about it for now. Will keep updating as she progress. She will start therapy next week. Later Ron Thlema and Eli the happy puppy
Glad she is home. I can just imagine how excited Eli was. I heard on the radio out here that they are not letting children under a certain age visit in the hospital, but don't remember that they had to be eighteen. That swine flu seems to be hitting the younger age group harder, so I can see why they've made that ruling. Hope all goes well and that she rests well at home. I read the obit for Betty Doster on line. I did not know that the two older boys had predeceased her.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear that everything is going well!

Glad she made it home. I'm sure she will rest a lot better in her own bed. Why is 18 the magical age. Adults can spread flu germs too. Never did understand that. Will continue to pray for a speedy recovery.
