Charleston, SC

We are in a campground near Charleston SC. It is a PPA. Not one of the best. They had a bunch of rain here Fri and it shows. The ground is really wet in a lot of places. Cell service is not the best either. Thelma is doing laundry and I am on the WiFi here by the laundry. The campground has wifi but not sure if I am on it or not. Good signal. Tomorrow we are going to the USS Yorktown if it doesn't rain. We had a good trip today. Only one area that had construction and that wasn't too bad. 'We will be here till Wed morning and then head to Myrtle Beach for 4 days. Our YaRs rally and Board meeting. We have a train track not very far away and reminds me of Bixler Lake. That's about it for today. Later Ron Thelma and Eli

  1. I was wondering the same thing. I know the Carolinas have had a lot of rain lately. Sure makes everything messy. We have had a lot of rain here since Friday night. Sure would like to see some sunshine. Glad you had a good trip. Hopefully the weather will be good for you tomorrow.

  2. Well, we're getting snow, but it is supposed to warm right back up again. Supposed to be 64 in the city on Wednesday.

  3. PPA is passport america. It gives yo 50% off on campgrounds that use it. We have not had much chance to use it this trip. Somtimes they are not as good as the more expencive ones. Yars is achapter in FCRV. It stands for Young Active Retirees.

  5. I thought PPA was Pampered Poodle Association???

You know, I should have sent our herd with you. They would have liked to see the sights. (and they are starting to really hate getting their feet washed when they come in from the muddy yard)
